Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to ABC CleanWorks LLC (“we,” “our,” “us”). By visiting our website, scheduling service, or communicating with our team, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before booking.

ABC CleanWorks LLC provides professional residential, commercial, organizational, and post-construction cleaning services. By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement.

All estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final pricing may vary depending on property condition, size, or requested add-ons. Any adjustments will be discussed and approved before work begins.

Clients must ensure property access during the scheduled service time. Missed or locked-out appointments may result in a rescheduling fee.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation or reschedule occurs within 24 hours of the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit and may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
• Deposits are non-transferable once forfeited.
• Repeated short-notice cancellations may require full prepayment for future bookings.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit/debit cards and electronic transfers. Late payments may incur administrative fees, and services may be paused until payment is received.

ABC CleanWorks LLC strives for complete satisfaction.
If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review and correct the issue when appropriate.
However, due to the nature of cleaning services and labor time already rendered, ABC CleanWorks LLC does not offer cash refunds for any reason.
Re-cleans or service credits may be provided solely at the discretion of management.

Clients must:

• Secure valuables, pets, and confidential materials prior to service.
• Inform us of delicate or damaged surfaces requiring special care.
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity, HVAC) are active and functioning.

We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing defects, unstable surfaces, or improper installation of fixtures or furnishings.

Clients grant our staff safe access to the property for the duration of the scheduled service. For safety reasons, our team does not:

• Move large furniture or heavy appliances
• Handle hazardous materials or biohazards
• Work on ladders or heights exceeding OSHA limits

• 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.
• Cancellations within 24 hours result in deposit forfeiture or a 50% cancellation charge of the total service.
• No refunds are issued for completed or in-progress services.
• If ABC CleanWorks must reschedule or cancel, deposits will be honored for a future service date.

While we take every precaution, ABC CleanWorks LLC is not responsible for:

• Normal wear and tear from standard cleaning
• Damage to items not in stable condition before service
• Losses from events outside our control (e.g., weather, power outages, contractor delays)

Damage Reporting: All potential damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of service completion. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for review.
Our total liability is limited to the cost of the service performed.

For clients on weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly service plans:

• Services renew automatically until canceled in writing.
• Scheduling or pricing adjustments may occur with notice.
• Missed payments or frequent cancellations may suspend or terminate service.

From time to time, ABC CleanWorks LLC may utilize subcontractors or partner professionals to assist with specialized services. All contractors are vetted, insured, and operate under ABC CleanWorks’ quality and confidentiality standards.
Clients agree that subcontractors are authorized representatives of ABC CleanWorks LLC when performing services under this agreement.

ABC CleanWorks LLC is not liable for delays, reschedules, or service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, accidents, power outages, or natural disasters. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services promptly once conditions allow.

All text, logos, images, and materials on our website are the property of ABC CleanWorks LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written consent.

Before-and-after photos may be taken for quality control and marketing purposes. No identifying information will be shown. Clients may opt out by submitting a written request before service.

ABC CleanWorks LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always appear on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas and Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
